I'm a wee bit down int the dumps just now......

......because I've got a bit of a sore back. It is a long-term thing that I've managed for donkey's years, and which I am sure I will be able to get under control again eventually, but it has flared up quite badly recently and is restricting what I can do quite a lot. However, no one has told my libido, which doesn't really want to be restricted! It is very frustrating!
