 I believe we who are thinking/feeling people experience just this at least once in our time here, my sweet friend! Letting go doesn't always mean forgetting or abandoning. Especially when done so with love, letting go can be standing aside while loved ones, friends, lovers, etc. make their own mistakes and learn from them. Sure... it may not be the lesson we see or learned, or want them to learn because it will ease our own journey. Yet, we must believe each other capable to mistake, learn, and go on with our support, kindness and love! And we must also support & respect each other to do what is right for self... always. For really, even if it were possible to meet everyones needs/wants/desires, would you be happy with the result also? Therefore, you must also consider your needs/wants/desires in the equation also! I wish you peace this day, my friend! Sending positive thoughts!

 this is exactly where i am at.
do we stroll away quietly in the night, now
and come back later when we have gotten thru
the times we have in front of us right now...?
do we try to stay in touch now and hope it lasts
a little longer.. to see where it goes from here..?
or simply just walk away and wish everyone the happiest
of happy times... forever in our hearts... just not in our
sights?
i have issues with letting go of people i don't want to let go of.
