Or I would wink at her with a kind smile.... and look at her bra-stap so that she will follow my eyes... then i would move my head up a bit fast so that she realises what to do..

Or when i stood behind her (and i had seen her before), i guess i would put the strap gently back at the right place. Fast, but kind.. so that no one (not too many would) noticed... except the lady.

If the lady was Winsie... i guess i would have looked at her and say with a wink.. Lady.. your bra-strep.. shall i ?

At the other hand... i do wonder if it is embarrising if your bra-strap is in that position... i do know scenery's more erotic and sexy... except when it were you. Winsie.. You are erotic even covered in winterclothes... ....

 It is easy enough to say "your strap is loose/showing" but she probably already knows. Easier to fix it for her but: will this be accepted in the context in which the assistance is offered or does she turn chastise the man as a pervert?

Better to leave it alone and let her be the woman she is.
