I am exhausted. This remodeling deal is throwing a major kink in my daily routine. Though I do like going to work later in the morning (10:00 am) and getting home around the same time, I'm not sleeping very well knowing that the house is basically unlocked.

My automatic garage door opener quit working over the past weekend. The overhead door repair guy is coming sometime this morning. My sister is going to come and be here when I have to leave for work at 10:00 am I know she's dying to see the new floors in person. She is retired from a job she held for 30+ years so she's been reminding me that she is available if I need her. Over the weekend I decided it certainly wouldn't hurt if she was here when I have to leave.

I've had to rethink and redo the financing on my new car untll the sale of the farm land down in southeastern Oklahoma is completed. No closing date set yet. My brother-in-law is in mortgage lending so he explained the steps and from what he described, I may be around 3 weeks to another 30 days out from closing this deal. So, rather than string the dealership along, I have opted to firm up the financing and get on down the road of life. When the land sales I can always pay off whatever loan I do end up with if I don't like the interest rate or monthly payment.

I'm coming down with another respiratory infection. My doctor still contends that I'm suffering from allergies, which I've never suffered from allergies other than mold so she gave in to my insistence of yesterday and called me in some meds. The annoying cough with mucus is consistent with the upper respiratory infections that I've had over the past year.

I've got to go out and order my new sectional and chair for the living room. I've also got to order the hall tree for the new entry way look. Looks like 95% of the<b> furniture </font></b>that is in the POD will not be coming back in the house.

Time to hit the shower. Have a great Thursday!!
