My first set was saline behind the muscle and I agree they were too hard...but now I have silicone memory gel(they came out 2 years ago) and they are great...soft and almost have a natural feel to them. I wish I had gel tits instead of floppy ones. plus you prob ably got to choose the size you wanted and the shape. i am stuck with huge boobs that are in the way and it is hard to get clothes that fit right. I am so envious of girls with custom boobs. looking for love

Mine are 100% real, and I wouldn't have them any other way!  I could understand a girl wanting implants if she was 21 with an A cup... But B's and C's are FINE! Plus, when it comes to DD's, that's gonna cause back problems when you get older!

yeah I appalaud everyone who likes the real ones. It seems like women are trying to be fembots with fake lips, boobs, botox, hair extensions etc...(breasts is the biggest change I oppose to) I actually had a man who said I am an ass man because I can buy the boobs..,how egotistical is that. Not like I'd ask him to go out and get a penial implant!

there is a difference some women are just blessed but implants are dangerous and you will never out talk any woman about this point on enhancements. Its a shame in the stupidity of why they would enter the risk to look better. my girl had a great job done years ago, then decided to do a little tune i tried to discourage her and guess what?? he destroyed her for life.She will never be the same , look the same and emotuionally be the same. all you ladies just think about it.

Myself and a friend had a conversation about this a few months ago while we were in Iraq. Real or fake. . . I think it would be more natural or synthetic. Cuz all breasts are real technically. and I could grab air and that would be fake boobs, I can't feel them. Now synthetic breasts you can fell and hold, there's nothing "fake" about them. See how bored people get out there!? I'm a fan of either really. As long as they aren't holy crap huge and don't look good on the girl then I have no problem with them. But if I really had the choice I like to play with natural boobs. The synthetic ones I've played with have always been kinda hard and non-movable and although I enjoyed them a lot, it wasn't the same. I love to go down. . . Oh I scuba dive too!

For my eyes, I prefer generous but not outrageous pear shaped breasts. Either fake or real, I don't really care, the look is essential. However, when it comes to playing with them or being massaged by them I must admit I prefer real ones. A last note, large nipples are really getting me crazy.I remember a Hawaian girl that had DD real breast and 1 inch nipples: I was enslaved!
