When.....
Okay, I have a friend who is now going through a really ugly divorce. Her husband has been a real dick over the past year, and she's ready to get out. She told him last week that "It's over!" and sense then she's been going out with her girlfriend just to be away from him.

Now he really doesn't know a lot about me other then I'm a guy from 700 miles away that she talks to on occasion. He's never known or asked about my name, my number, or my Screen Name on the Chat Messenger. But yesterday morning I get a phone call from a number I do not know. So I answer,.... It's him. Asking who I am, why is my number on his wife's business phone, am I fucking his wife.....

DUDE, I'M 700 Miles away!!! I can't stick my dick through the phone!!! (although that would be kinda cool)

I calm him down, assure him we've never even met in person, she's never cheated on him, and of course he to listen to me and rest and become reassured.

I've told my friend over and over, she just needs to stay home, stay out of his way, and give him NO reason to have anything against her when the divorce goes to the courts. Does she listen.... NO She goes and stays over another another guys friends house for the night to still be away from him after a big fight. "NOT SMART, STAY HOME AND KEEP YOUR NOSE CLEAN" I tell her. But she trys to defend it with "Well we go to the lawyer on Tuesday." Today she asks me "Is going to a weeding for a first date creepy?".... "STAY HOME, KEEP YOUR NOSE CLEAN!!!".... "We go to the lawyer on tuesday.".... And today after he became even more paranoid and cancel all her credit cards. She says "I'm going out with the girls tonight.".... Of course I say, "STAY HOME, AND KEEP YOUR NOSE CLEAN!!!"

I don't want to see her get hurt, but at the same time I just feel like giving up and letting her fail. But I'm good friends with her, and I don't want her to loose her over her giving him some<b> suspension </font></b>or a photo of her out with friends and some guys being around and him assuming something more.

So should I keep at her and do what I can to keep her on the right path?

Or

When should I say enough is enough and just let her fuck up on her own?

When do you let your friends fail after trying to help them out?
