It's sad that they blocked Rick's blog, everyone here has the right to freedom of speech unless they break the TOU rules of the site. I didn't see any of that as people post links here all of the time. But the site is doing things lately that I have never seen them do in all the years I have been a member here. I left a esponse on rick's blog which the site refused to post as it was against TOU guns/threatening/ children etc. I copied it pasted it and took out the F bomb which was perhaps the issue. It is no longer on his blog so I dont know if he deleted it or the site did. Can you ask him? i think whats happening is that the site is (maybe too) carefully watching responses to his blogs since he rightfully reported receiving threats of bodily harm "well only get through this if we work together. if we dont, none of us will"

And I repeat again, "Real people are working on the problems we face here as a nation" OF THEM! thank you for finally making lucid points. i agree theres usually no real choice beside rep or dem, which are essentially tweedle dee and tweedle dum, except now, when trump is both tweedle dum AND tweedle DUMBER. nobody realizes the two bitter enemies only agree on one thing - to ensure a valid third party will never get a foothold. i will ask you, IS there ANY media you trust? or at least listen to even if with a grain of salt? you listen to traffic and weather every morning, right? how do you know THATS not all bullshit? is traffic congestion a hoax against urban development allocations? is bad weather a hoax about trump denying climate change? you see how quickly it can become totally ridiculous? in fact, theres even a website that purposely posts completely bullshit posts "for entertainment". but because they include a disclaimer in their texts, they consider the fact that many people post their ridiculous headlines without reading the full text not their problem nor responsibility. guess as long as theyre making a buck i guess. and it goes to show, it isnt about WHO you believe, is it? its about WHAT you choose to believe, regardless of the source. and yes, i agree some sites which are funded by either of the parties, or PACs like the nra, big pharma or big oil/coal ARE biased, but the accusation of bias is too easily thrown about by those in the wrong to discredit those who expose their wrongs. its classic "ad hominem abusive" (google it) - but sadly it can be effective among the weak- or single-minded, who can all-too-easily repeat dismissing what IS true with a barrage of insults to the source. and YES, i agree "real" people ARE working on our problems, the ones trump didnt fire two years ago for whatever reason, but how do you bring their findings to people programmed to not believe anything they hear, ironically because they DO believe those who told them not to? for example, there are still people who believe smoking isnt really harmful or that "guns save lives". just takes lots of money, eh? we seem to agree on much, you and i. just remember, im also independent, NOT a dem just because i almost always disagree with trump and his minions. i dont always agree with dems either, i just rarely agree with reps, as ALL americans should have the right to without ridicule or threats. lets combine our energies and see what we can accomplish when not fighting like the reps and dems do "well only get through this if we work together. if we dont, none of us will"
