During sex your sugar parent / or your fwb said i love you and you repeated it cause its was in the heat of the moment.

how do you tell them that you are not in love with them, but you enjoy spending time them without hurting their feelings and emotions...

 I tell people that I love them like I love my children. I want to spend time with them, I want the best for them, I will help them when I can, and my love is not possessive. I do not want to control them, I am not responsible for their happiness, and they are not responsible for mine. In that sense, I love them and want them in my life.
