I volunteered I spent 5 hours today packing bags of school<b> supplies </font></b>for over three thousand . Next week the will come and pick out a backpack to go with it. There are other volunteers that will help with the . As much as I love making people happy it's this particular cause that seems to piss me off the most. The are innocent and yes, there some instances where the family has fallen on hard times and struggles. We have all been there. The part that pisses me off is when mom shows up with 4 in tow, she has fresh manicure, talking on her cell phone, designer shoes and handbag. I have decided to only do the behind the scenes because I would probably ask why she can afford to do that but not buy her <b> supplies. </font></b>The hunt is on for a car for the . I have five days until her birthday. Nothing like waiting till the last minute for really important stuff. Senior pictures were done yesterday. The house was rented for her graduation weekend next May. Have started looking for openings around the country. Lots can happen in nine months! |

Good on you K. Your a sweetheart for doing it. Yes would be awesome to see the kids faces but know this you get the well deserved knowlege of a job well done. Don't compromise yourself! You are all you've got!

that would piss me off to, but think of it like our judicial system its set up so that occasionally a guilty one gets off, so that the innocent ones dont go down, i am sure most of the children are needy so you are doing a good deed    je ne regrette rien
