HEY Y'aLL...Friday the 13th !! Cool...
HEY Y'aLL...Friday the 13th !! Cool... I have not been here in a bit... I am well and happy. I think moving to a new place, closer to 'home' (Seattle), I have been distracted by a few things. Learning my way around Tacoma and spending time integrating old and dear platonic, extended family type friends into my everyday life. Different from being a long distance visitor. I've also been 'working' establishing my 'store' on the giant auction site. It is like a very low wage, part time job. Acquiring things to sell, photographing and listing the items. I find a great deal of collectible type cast offs in my new town. One 'haul' was a slew of lovely vintage glass items...very cheap. What ensued was acquisition of research materials on that topic and more buying of depression, carnival and milk glass... not to mention my long standing 'coin' shop... it is a lot of work... but affords me the freedom to avoid traditional employment for now. I am also becoming a quite knowledgeable about a new area of collecting... I have a keen eye for such things. I also spend time as previously described as a solo, erotic, online entertainer. I have not been dating, or socializing in an erotic way. I did buy a leather sex swing it came a week or so ago. I need to plot it's installation, and go buy the hardware to get it put up. Found the 'stud sensor' to find the beams in the ceiling the other day... Then I suppose I'll need to get serious about finding some 'daddy' to show me what happens to girls that acquire such things as fixtures in there homes. (Note to self: I am a very uncommon girl !!) All in all, I think I am just going through a process... a fun process of thought, learning and emotional adaptation. It is not transsexual stuff, it is human stuff. What a relief that is, for a change!! I have a very nice new life. I am being super patient with that, and myself... trying not to expect everything all at once. Which likely would be a bit overwhelming, unpleasant and unhealthy. I have only been out to eat 3 times since moving in January, so everyday I am also seeking fresh awesome food to eat... and making it... cooking, cleaning... getting my nature girl on. The only things in my freezer are ice cream, chicken and juice concentrate... everything else is whole grains or produce....and fancy dairy products. I started buying milk that comes from a local dairy in a glass bottle, cream separates in there... Love it....No funk in my guts... no money given to companies that sell crap posing as food. I occasionally apply for Human Resources employment, thank goodness no one has called to interview me. I made plans to join a very old friend in Glacier National Park in August for a week of hiking... he stays the entire month. A week roughing it in a tent is about 'it' for a girl like me. I'm sure I'll be staying in a decent hotel on the way home from Montana. This next week I want to go join the local gym, so I can reclaim my place as a long distance swimming lunatic... couple months of that and I feel like a pretty hot awesome babe... leaned down, fit as all get out. Maybe this year do the 'swim across the Columbia River' event over Labor Day... the big tall girl in the pack. Likely take in some baseball games this summer in Seattle... There is a nationally recognized GBLT Art exhibit here at the Museum to see...I took a favored '10 year old' buddy to the Tacoma Glass Museum the other weekend, she loved it...we went for treats at the cafe later - I love spoiling my friends . Cookie? Sure. Ice Cream? Way sure.... I want to go down to Portland for a bit...I have a very cool old couple of man pals there - Senior citizens, together as a couple for over 45 years... go stay with them and work on their gardens a few hours a day...take my bike, and race around and visit my old hometown in summer... yeah. I had my grandfather's watch rebuilt at a fancy watch shop... I want to pick it up too. Maybe get my eyes checked at the optometrist's school there.. you know? Just doin' my thing. I picked up some high quality speakers for my computer just today, then my computer is wired into my new big flat screen T.V., Thanks Mom! I just watched a documentary on Led Zepplin- wow, great sound. I'm well, I'm happy. My wife and I were happy for 20 years, and then we met.- Rodney Dangerfield |
