The Day After ....

Have you ever thought about, if you died tomorrow, who would show up for your funeral? Just thinking about it puts a smile on MY face ...... of course, the hard part would be getting the word out. It's a shame there's no program that would automatically send notice to a bunch of people, when and if that happened.

 There are quite a few people that would show up at my funeral. The lady who posted this blog entry for one (I sincerely hope). Then the deadbeats that were there for the free beer & food. Then the people who want to ensure that I am actually dead and not just pulling an elaborate prank. Then finally the people that truly loved me and would mourn my passing.

But I do not dwell on my own mortality. I have lived a good life; full of people, places and things I have enjoyed. If I were to go right now, I would have no regrets.

 Ummmmmmm I'm not going to let them bury you, just fyi. I'm going to have you stuffed and take you home. Maybe even mount you. Take that any way you want. And don't worry, we'll keep the deadbeats away from the celebration! (you better not be going anywhere anytime soon ANYWAYS)

 I've always wondered what would happen if all the people we'd ever had sex with show up at the funeral.

Now, THAT would be a killer funeral, wouldn't it?

I bet your's would be a happy affair....colorful, for sure!

 lol i can only think of the things that would be said about me ... everybody comparing stories and whatnot! Hopefully everybody would play nice together, then all go out and get drunk in honor of me
