Active Swingers

Wow its been along time since i have bogged maybe that should be my New Years Resolution to blog more!!!!! I was talking with some friends and realized Hubby and I have been in the Lifestlye for 6 years. I't didnt feel like it has been that long at all. Maybe its because in that 6 years we havemt been constantly "active". Not that we have ever took a break or anything. I just think that things happen and you get busy going a certain way in your life and swinging takes a back seat( well for us anyway) SO i guess what im asking today is "How active do you think most people are?" "Are there times when people are more or less active?" I know for us the summer is our time with family we dont usually get to any parties this time of year.

 What.. you mean it isn't a constant parade of different people in and out of your bedroom 4 nights a week?

Kidding...lol. I know some that are active on a weekly basis... but most, like us it is an option.. not something that has to be engaged in all the time. I have seen us go two years without any "Meetings" and then other times, we have an encounter 3 times in a month. So much depends on Family, Work, Illness, Travel, willing partners.. etc etc.

For us it is something that is fun of it happens, but we enjoy the fellowship of other like minded people to laugh and joke and flirt with more than anything else.

Over the past 5 years or so we have tried to go to at least a social evening with swingers at least once every 2 months. But like I said above, sometimes it is more than that.. and sometimes we will go to an encounter once a week for a 6 week stretch.

 I'm not sure if my opinion will count for much but I am a married male still waiting for my first encounter as a 3some and I find my personal desires are stronger in the cooler months for the simple reason the summer has more outside activities such as biking, boating,golfing whereas the winter is hockey and sex!LOL
