I agree. I don't judge the company I happen to be in by their level of education/expertise. In fact I try to level it out by 'treating a pauper like a king' and vice versa.

I try not to pull the degree card, usually only if my statements are called into question and the person needs to see my qualifications...and rarely do I offer to appease some jerk who is ripe for a fight. I see my education as a huge personal accomplishment. I paid for it, I did the work, I finished though it took 20 years. Otherwise, it is just a couple of pieces of paper.

There is a difference between a good BJ and a bad BJ.

I saw a great video on FB the other day... "What is racism? I don't see it as racism. It just means you're an asshole. Race has nothing to do with it"

Kinda the same thing applies here.
