Apparently deadlifts make my butt hungry 🤪 This is gonna make me sound like an absolute bimbo, but the struggle is real and I gotta air it out. 😝. Doesn’t matter what I wear, I get a major wedgie every time I deadlift. Like only deadlifting. It happens at other times too, but it always, always happens when I deadlift. It was really funny in the beginning but gawd damn it’s irritating. Happens when I wear shorts or tights. It’s like I deadlift and my butt starts sucking the material between my butt cheeks! Lol. Anyone else has that problem? |

Makes it really hard to keep the mood going when I’m trying to be serious about my workout. I catch myself giggling after each set when I’m trying to pull my shorts or tights outt from my butt cheeks🤣

That's typical...and actually good because it means your keeping your form perfect. I dont know if there's much of a resolution, other than doing them naked....if you do...give me a yell i want to spot for you!!!!!!!

Have you tried tights? Sometimes shorts that don't have enough material ride up and if your ass has the bubble shape like I see in your pic, it will continue to ride up. Have you tried stiff leg deadlifts also?

Happens to me ALL of the time. I think it's that little hip thrust at the end of the movement that gets it all up in there, so-to-speak. It is crazy annoying - and more so when I finish and try to find a way to coyly try to re-adjust.

I would suggest tights, too -- I wear compression shorts under my shorts so I don't have that problem

My guess is that the obvious solution of working out naked isn't an option. But do you have anything suitable at home you could use for your deadlifts? Then you could do them at home.

where do u deadlift and do u wear underwear. Next time dont wear underwear and show off that camel toe

Since you posted this Blog topic I have introduced the dead-lift to my daily routine. I crack a smile every time I crouch to lift the bar. Makes me wonder if I were to observe your costume malfunction if I would get to see your "Snatch" thus causing me to "Clean and Jerk" ...\8
