I was thinking today that it's odd that I haven't seen this new Elvira anywhere but then I realized that it makes perfect sense . I mean what's the last time you saw the original Elvira doing anything ? So the duties of the new Elvira are probably pretty light . I mean maybe you turn up at Comic-Con ? That's about it . It would be akin to winning The Search for the Next 40deuce "okay , so what do I do know ?" you know whatever , doesn't really matter , no one cares about you - just live your life I guess . I think it would have been great if Maila Nurmi (AKA Vampira the one Elvira stole the gimmick from) was a contested on that show , talk about mind blowing irony . Of course she was 93 at the time so it would have been tough . Also she had been dead for 7 years but that didn't stop me from winning NaNoWriMo back in '83 . Elvira has a special place in my heart because in her 1988 movie there was a topless chick (not her a hot blonde) which was not the 1st boobs I had seen (you all know that story) but it was the first boobs I REALLY got a good look at . But she is a dirty thief . Sidenote if you thought that there was NOT an Elvira sex doll available for retail purchases you were dead wrong . In other news I keep catching the end of the Voice when I watch Timeless and Carson Daly is not looking great .
