Pangs of Pandemic ?

Pangs of Pandemic ? I don't recall when I last posted a blog ! We were doing well in North India ! Naturally, because of our age, we were getting less and less active. But, even in the last year of stay in 2017, we had met more than a couple for fun ! Besides, we had plenty of friends to chat with on IM. I used to enjoy broadcasting and had lots of fun chatting with some regulars who<b> watched </font></b>me. Occasionally my wife used to join me in watching others broadcast ! All that changed once we moved to South India during August 2017 ! We have been away nearly 12 months since we settled here, and our last planned getaway in March 2020 got cancelled due to arrival of the Pandemic, which has been relentless and shows no signs going away anytime soon ! All this while, I have been a regular on FF but all our efforts to form meaningful friendship with couples or singles have come to a nought ! It has been very difficult to establish trust with people in this part of India. When it appears that one is making headway with couples, singles here, all of a sudden they back out without any explanation whatsoever ! As if that was not enough, I am neither able to broadcast nor see others broadcast on FF. Nothing seems to be wrong with the integrated cam on my laptop, therefore it is quite frustrating ! But, we are not giving up yet, folks ! We hope our friends in North would renew their contacts with us too ! Cheers ! |
