To deal with Mr. Poisonality:

1. Don't answer the door.
2. If, for whatever reason, he sees you in the building, don't engage in conversation. If you want to simply be polite, just say something like, "Have a nice day!" and move on to your next destination.
3. Document all the incidents with the dates in which they occurred, and store them in a safe place in your residence.
4. Talk to the superintendent and indicate your discomfort with this neighbour's behaviour. Document that conversation afterward.
5. Tell him that you don't think it's appropriate to have frequent discussions given your relationship with your boyfriend.

Clearly, this man is a psychopathic creep so it's important to avoid him. Your safety, security, and protection are what counts!
