The Truth About Blogs And Posts

Time for a reality check!
After the 9/11 attack the news stations were replaying the video of the
planes crashing into the buildings over and over again. And the young
watching thought that it was still going on-that hundreds of planes
were crashing into hundreds of buildings, as they watched! Once this was realized, parents were advised to monitor their t.v. viewing and
explain the reality of the situation-that it was a video of an incident and
not live coverage of an on going event. Or better yet, turn the t.v. off for
awhile to give the a break from the horrible event.

What does that have to do with blogs and posts? Well, I have posted some
events which took place in my dating experience. Sometimes more then
once, under different but related topics, As a result of that, some people
actually think that the one time only (or maybe a few times) event is an
on going and/or repeated event. Let me state here and now that it is NOT.

Case in point. The date that left me in the restaurant, saying he needed to put
his cell phone in the car to get it charged, then took off, Let me state that this
happened only one time. And it was when I first began internet dating. On a prior date to that I had been stood up. I soooooooo wanted this date to go well. And being so new to it all, I was seriously lacking in confidence already. So
yes, that was quite shocking and painful to me.

But it only happened once! And there is a silver lining to this story. Out of my hurt and frustration I had my first sexual intimacy with the very next guy I met. And had misgivings for that, Which in turn lead me to join A*F*F where I have
been with guys that make the one who left me at the restaurant look like a toad
by comparison. So you see, people, you need to be aware of the respective
number of times a story is told compared to the number of time which it actually
took place. In other words-be aware of your own minds distortions so that wrong conclusions will not be created, Then you will not miss an opportunity
of a life time with some one terrific (like me!)

oh the misunderstanding...been there...there are many many many ways to tell a story...and if all the events happened....which story is true...WELL THEY ALL ARE!!! whatever reason and whatever point was brought up it still happened...and then another thing...that i found that i do...in my writing and in talking to people once i tell them something...and then go back to it later to stress another point..i assume they already know or remember about it...even if i ask..remember this and that...they say yeah...i do...but dont really at least not the point i am trying to bring out...well whatever works right!!!

talk about missing out on something good!!!! some men just dont know!!!
