Silent Screams
Silently screaming out,
Standing dazed and confused,
Watching as images race by.

Darkness covering the light,
Searching for something to hold onto,
Grasping at nothing.

Searching and not finding,
Peace hiding just out of reach,
Teasing you with its presense.

Empty eyes looking back,
Reflecting your own pain,
Paths cross that never touch.

Icey Breeze blows,
Chilling to the soul,
Pain seeps in.

Ray of sunshine,
Bursting through the fog,
A touch, A smile, bringing hope.


Just a thought, how many people do we pass each day, that are hurting and lost, souls searching, and how many do we pass by.
